Every five years you need to renew your business license. Mine was close to expiring, so I searched online for renewal information and found a bit of confusion.
Somehow I had stumbled on a website that offered to renew my business for $135. I vaguely remembered that it wasn’t that expensive in the past so I kept on looking.
I found what I was looking for at ServiceOntario where the Business Name Registration/Renewal fee was $60. So I renewed with them and use that other $75 for something else.
